Last week, while on vacation, I got an error message that said "Reduced acceleration, proceed with caution" on my 2023 CT5. The error cleared when I turned the car off/on but then the check engine light came on. Being 5 hours from home, I was hesitant to drive without a mechanic giving the ok. I found Hyannis Transmission online and headed over. The receptionist immediately checked to see if a mechanic was available. Lucas was wonderful He asked us some questions about when the issue started and what was happening at the time. He performed a diagnostic scan across all of the car's computer system which found 2 errors. He told us that based on the low mileage that it was probably a computer glitch. He cleared the errors and no other issues appeared when we restarted the car. He was confident we could make it home safely but have our regular mechanic double check. All this and NO CHARGE! (of course, we did tip) We made it home with no problem. Highly Recommend
