While driving I noticed my truck's transmission was slipping, I was very concerned and called Hyannis Transmission II. They were able to get me in for a next day appointment to take a look, turned out to be a minor leak from the drain port and just needed to be topped off with fluid. Only cost $45. I am fortunate I can keep my old 2005 Tacoma at the Hyannis Steamship Terminal. When I last tried to use it, it was difficult to shift, and once moving, it was slipping out  of gear. I live on Nantucket, and I am currently a Corvid virus high risk person, and will not take the ferry. I sent my keys over to the Hyannis terminal, and Hyannis Transmission picked the truck up there the next day. Once they inspected it and called me, they explained what repairs were needed.  Two days later, they called and told me the repairs were done and road tests completed. Had I driven it longer the way it was, I would have had to replace the transmission. They drove the truck back to the parking lot and dropped off my keys.
